Ad call

An ad call is when a user's browser or app asks an ad server or an ad exchange to send an advertisement that fits the webpage's specs. The ad call includes information on the publisher ID, size, type, location, website/page and more. The ad call is fulfilled by the ad management server after the ad exchange has authorized the buy.
